SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping within the UK

  • Standard Delivery: £3.95
    Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express Delivery: £6.95
    Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days (orders must be placed before 1 pm)

2. Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. Carriers
We use reliable UK courier services such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri, depending on your location and delivery speed.

4. International Shipping
Harlem Carter ships across the globe. We use International Tracked services by Royal Mail

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your Harlem Carter purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You can return items within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are non-returnable, unless faulty.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Contact us via our contact form on the website with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll send you a return form and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund at no additional cost to you.
